5. Confirmation: "I declare that I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal regarding the order indicated above."

We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation of your request and return instructions.

Conditions

• The 14-day period counts from the date of receipt of the product.
• The product must be returned unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
• The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and approval of the return, to the original payment method.
